MAKING APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION

INFORMATION

1. Upon successful complete of all of the requirements for Certification, you may submit your completed Certification application.

2. DO NOT submit an application for Certification unless you have successfully completed ALL course requirements. Applications received without completion of all of the necessary requirements for certification will NOT be accepted.

3. Once you have successfully completed all of your program requirements you will be notified by us of your eligibility to make official application for your Certification. Full instructions/details will be sent to you at that time.
